Practical Completion Inspection set!

Got a call from ss informing us that pci will take place next week. Not sure if they are going to finish on time, as they only delivered the toilets today. Hopefully they will get a move on. Still to be completed is the pluming, appliances, electrical, skylight, clean up. Was wondering if anyone knew how long after pci that you receive keys?

    Yeah very happy with there effort! Booked in tiles and carpet. We will prob be the first ones to move in :)

    Congratulations! Our SS told us about 2 weeks after PCI you will get the keys at handover. :)
