Met ss today, we walked through the house pointing out defaults. Most things looked good, just some paint touch ups. They forgot to do the skylight and the mirror robe sliding doors aren’t in.
The bank stuffed us around a little and wasn’t releasing the funds. We got a call from Allworth at 4:30 saying the funds had gone through. We drove straight there and picked up the keys at 4:59.
The tiles are booked in for this Friday and carpet next Wednesday. We will move in and hopefully do driveway, fence and splashback straight after we move in.

ReplyDeleteDave - can you please post some pics of the kitchen looking from inside the kitchen towards the diagonal K4 extension. And also one looking from the great room into the kitchen. I would like to see how the waterfall extension looks from the front.

ReplyDeleteHi there, I'm building a Concerto (roof just gone on) and I've just found out that Allworth plan to put a down pipe on the bricks between the porch area and garage at the front. Allworth say that because of the shape of the roof (which looks exactly like yours from your pics), I need the pipe there so the gutters don't overflow. Did you guys have any issue like this? I can't see a down pipe in that spot on your pics so I'm assuming you either didn't have the issue or were able to sort it out?
