While waiting for the paper work, we decided its time to start looking at colours. We have chosen our brick and roof tiles. We are pleased as we have not upgraded. Roof tile- Monier Mocha Choc (Standard in our range)
Brick- Pearl Grey CSR
Morter - Off White
Gutter- Jasper
Fascia- paper bark
Windows- Stone Beige
Garage Door- Paper bark
Render- Green Tea

Also been busy with floor tiles and carpets.

Floor tiles -
CTM 600x600 porcelin tile Nano finish (white and cream)
Carpet -
Beachport chocolate (for the bedrooms) and dark grey (home theatre)

Waiting on Plans...

Not much to mention at the moment, we're waiting on our first set of plans to be drawn up and our final tender.

The surveyour has been out onsite and taken his measurements even though the land isn't registered yet. Hopefully the registration is delayed a bit more until we're ready to start building...
